Q: Where do I start? 

A: You can access Trek U from SharePoint or bookmark the following link for SSO: https://id.trekuniversity.com

Q: Did Shimano S-Tech, SRAM STU, and other Sparc training brands move to the new system with Trek U? 

A: No. Trek University moved to a new learning system. Your login to those other training sites (Shimano, SRAM, etc.) was not affected. You can find links to these training sites at the bottom of the new Trek U homepage. 

Using the new Trek U 

Q: What’s new about Trek U?  

A: It's more than just product training. Go in, have a look around ... 
We’ll be adding training opportunities on a regular basis, so remember to check back in often. 

Q: How do I change my preferred language?  

A: Click on your profile icon at the top of the homepage. In the Info tab, click on Edit Profile. You will see a language drop down menu where you can choose your preferred language and click Save. However, note that your market’s homepage will stay the same. Please be patient as the system can take up to 24 hours to establish your new settings. 

Q: What do I do if my homepage tiles only show English?  

A: We suggest that you use Google Chrome as your web browser. Instructions for changing the language can be found here. 

Q: What is the difference between Enroll and Start on a course? 

A: Enroll lets you save a course to take now or in the future. Start means you’re ready to start the course now. 

Q: Where do I find product and retail training? 

A: Click these tiles on the homepage. 

Q: I'm a manager, so I see a reporting dashboard when I log in. How do I get to the homepage? 

A: Click on your profile icon and select Learner Experience. 

Q: I'm a manager. How can I see what training my employees have done?  

A: When you log in, you will see a reporting dashboard. Your employees’ progress can all be found there. If you’re looking for L5 Leadership progress, for instance, navigate to the Saved Reports section and select L5 Leadership for your report.
