Monthly Digital Team Report

Each month, the Trek U digital team sends a report to help you track the progress of your stores and retailers.

This report gives you a broad snapshot of key Trek U metrics, including:

  • Retailer engagement
  • Curriculum progress
  • Individual user activity

You can filter the report by retailer or location to narrow your view.

 

Important

The data reflects progress as of the monthly report release date.

 

Viewing Live Data in Trek U Admin

If you need the most up to date information, use your Trek U Admin access.

Check Curriculum Completions

  1. Go to Admin
  2. Review the Saved Reports section
  3. Select the curriculum you want to review
  4. Use the Department filter to choose the specific retailer or location

This will show current completion data for that curriculum.


Check User Engagement

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Select Learner Activity
  3. Use the Department filter to choose the desired retailer or location

This report shows real time data such as enrollments, completions, and last login activity.


Working In-person with a Retailer

If you are onsite, you can impersonate the retailer’s Trek U Admin.

This allows you to view reports directly without filtering by department each time.

All actions taken while impersonating are tied to that account, so be intentional when making changes.
