Trek U Admin: Tracking employees' progress

With Admin on Trek U, you can:

  • Check Guide status
  • Track team and individual progress
  • View recent learning activity

Accessing Admin

  • Click the three line menu in the top right corner.
  • Select Admin from the pop up menu.

Checking Course Progress

From the Admin screen, use Saved Reports to review job role progress.

To check Guide status:

  • Open the Guide Sales report or Guide Service report.
  • Progress is shown as a percentage toward each Guide level.

This allows you to quickly see who has completed their Guide requirements and who still has training remaining.


Checking Team Learning Activity

To see recent activity for your entire team:

  1. Click the Reports icon.
  2. Select Learner Activity.

This report shows:

  • Enrollments
  • Completions
  • Last login date

Filter by Date Range

To review activity within a specific timeframe:

  1. Click the Refinement Parameters button.
  2. Select Between.
  3. Choose your desired date range.

You can review:

  • The most recent week
  • The past month
  • The past 90 days
  • Any custom timeframe

This is helpful when reviewing performance, preparing for check ins, or tracking progress over time.


Viewing an Individual User Transcript

To review a single learner’s progress:

  1. Select the user from the Learner Activity report.
  2. Choose User Transcript from the right-hand menu.

Inside the User Transcript, you can see:

  • Last login date
  • Total time spent in Trek U
  • An alphabetical list of enrollments
  • Badges and Competencies
    • Used to view Guide / Explorer status

 


For Retailers with Multiple Locations

If you oversee multiple locations, you can filter by department:

  1. Open Learner Activity.
  2. Use the department filter to select a specific location.

This allows you to review progress and activity by individual store.
