How to Access the Trek U Help Center

You can access the Trek U Help Center two ways:

1. You'll find the Help button at the bottom of Trek U homepage

2. Visit https://trek.bike/trekuhelp

The first time you visit the Help Center, you will need to create an account using:

• Your store information
• Your email address

This allows us to communicate with you and follow up on your request.

Response Time

We strive to respond to all help requests within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

• Requests submitted on weekends or corporate holidays may take longer to receive a response.
