There may be times when you need to change who has admin access for your account. This could include switching admins or adding an additional admin.
Admin permissions cannot be updated directly within Trek U. You will need help from the Trek U digital support team.
To request admin access changes:
- Go to the Trek U Help Center
- Submit a support ticket
- Include the user’s full name, email address, and the specific admin access requested
The digital support team will review and process your request.
