Your transcript is where you’ll find everything tied to your learning on Trek U, including earned badges, certificates, competencies, and your course progress.
How to Find Your Transcript
- Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner of your Trek U homepage.
- Select Transcript from the dropdown menu.
What You’ll Find in Your Transcript
Badges
Think of this as your trophy case. This section shows every badge you’ve earned.
- Once earned, badges remain in your transcript forever.
Certificates
This is where you’ll find your employee purchase certificates.
You may notice a “Certificate is expired” icon above your list of certificates. We do not use this function to inactivate old certificates, so you can safely ignore that icon.
- Any certificate that is no longer valid will show a Download button that cannot be clicked.
Employee purchase certificates are not available for download in the United States because those orders are processed through B2B.
Competencies
Competencies are the same as badges.
- Every time you complete a curriculum, you earn a badge.
- That badge also appears in your competency list.
- Once earned, competencies remain on your transcript indefinitely.
Courses
All courses you’ve been enrolled in appear in your transcript, regardless of your progress.
- Courses are listed alphabetically by default.
- You can sort them by clicking the column headers.
This is useful if you are trying to find:
- Courses you started but haven’t finished
- Courses you are enrolled in but haven’t started yet
From this section, you can also see:
- Knowledge assessment scores
- Completion dates
- Credits earned
For every course completed, you earn 2 credits per lesson, up to a maximum of 10 credits per course.
Credits are not the same as leaderboard points and are not used for official recognition or awards. No need to worry about them.
