As of today, Thursday, May 1st, Trek Central App version 2.8 is now available globally on both iOS and Android app stores. This update coincides with the launch of two thrilling new throttle bikes, the Trek FX+1 and the Townie Go!, which are also launching for retailers today.

These innovative bikes feature an advanced eSystem that empowers riders to manage their bike's battery in new ways, enhancing both battery life and sustainability. Version 2.8 of Trek Central introduces several new Battery Management features designed to leverage this new system.

Additionally, v2.8 offers comprehensive support for throttle-equipped eBikes, including range estimates, improved Bluetooth connection stability, and various bug fixes and enhancements

To get the new app version, visit the Trek Central app page in either the iOS or Android app store and select 'Update.' You can also set up your device to automatically download app updates when they become available.
