Downloading the App / settings          

Where can I download the Trek Ride Club app?    

Download in the App Store or on Google Play!

What is the minimum supported operating system for Ride Club?

The minimum supported iOS version is 17, minimum supported Android is version 12.

Why should I select a preferred retailer?

Setting a preferred retailer sets your prize pickup location and access to local challenges sponsored by your retailer.

Where do I select my preferred Trek retailer?             

Go to settings, then Preferred Retailer to select your store. 

Does it cost anything to use this app?             

No!  The app is free for all riders.

Can I use Ride Club if I don't ride a Trek?      

Absolutely - RideClub is for ALL cyclists!

Integrations           

I already use Strava - will Ride Club sync with that?              

Yes! Ride Club has the ability to "push" your ride data to Strava, so you can use both seamlessly

Strava data flow

Due to Strava's data terms, no data will be transferred from Strava into Ride Club. 

 

 

Can I use my Garmin or Wahoo with Ride Club? How do I connect them?             

Yes, both! After you connect Garmin Connect or Wahoo with Ride Club, new rides will be transferred from those external services into Ride Club.

Garmin and Wahoo historical activities

No historical data will be transferred once you make the connection, only new ride data will trigger the transfer.

 

What are all the devices Ride Club syncs to?             

Garmin, Wahoo, and Strava. We'll be adding additional integrations later in 2025.

What do I do if my rides from Garmin or Wahoo stop showing up in Ride Club?

Disconnect and reconnect to your ride tracking platform to reauthenticate your Ride Club connection.

RideLine support 

What is RideLine?

RideLine is your direct link to Trek's experts. App questions? Flat tire? Loose thingamajig? Give us a call and we'll get you rolling again!         

Where do I go to use the RideLine feature in the app?          

You can find RideLine in two places: 

1) Within your settings, select RideLine support 

- OR -

2) While riding, the auto-pause and pause screens have a button for RideLine

Is this RideLine available 24/7?               

The RideLine button indicates availability of the service. 

Do I have to ride a Trek bicycle to use the RideLine feature?            

Nope!
                 

Challenge participation            

How do I signup for a Challenge?      

Just click the blue "Join Challenge" button at the bottom of the page.

I completed a Challenge - how do I know if I win the Sweeps prize?           

Sweeps winners will be notified via email

Will there be more Challenges coming?        

Yes! Please keep checking the app as challenges will be added on a regular basis.

Many challenges mention I will receive an email with prize redemption instructions.  When will I receive the email?               

You'll receive your redemption instructions approximately one week after challenge end date.

                  

Challenge prizes           

How do I pick up my prize?     

Prizes will be sent to your preferred retailer. The prize redemption email will let you know when the prizes will arrive to your local retailer.

Do I have to have a preferred Trek retailer to get my prize?

For challenges with physical prizes - yes! These will be shipped to stores for pickup. You must select your preferred retailer in the setting of your app prior to challenge completion.

Go to settings, then Preferred Retailer to select your store.

I went to my retailer to pickup my prize and they don't have it. What do I do?

Stores will likely reach out to us to get you taken care of.

You can also contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

What if I don't have a Trek retailer near me.  Can I still participate in these challenges and receive the prize?                 

Yes.  If you don't have a  Trek retailer nearby, please contact our Customer Care team to discuss options

Some challenges have a coupon as the prize. How do I use the coupon?   

Coupon terms & redemption instructions will be included in the challenge completion email you receive.

For coupons good at Trekbikes.com, enter the code provided in your email in the “Promo Code” field in your cart.

Where can I get more information about the prize for each challenge?   

Select the challenge you would like to see, then scroll down to the Reward and How to Redeem sections of the challenge detail page to see more.

How do I add my sizes (t-shirt, shoes, etc.) for prizes?

iOS (iPhone) users:

  1. Make sure you have updated to the latest app version in the app store
  2. Tap the ‘gear’ icon in the upper right corner of the home screen to access app settings
  3. Tap ‘profile’ at the top of the settings list
  4. Tap the blue ‘edit profile’ button to change your shoe and shirt sizes. Note: shoe sizing is european sizing

Android (Samsung, Google, Moto) users:

  1. Make sure you have updated to the latest app version in the app store
  2. Tap the ‘gear’ icon in the upper right corner of the home screen to access app settings
  3. Tap ‘profile’ at the top of the settings list
  4. Log into Trekbikes.com via the window that pops up
    1. You may need to tap ‘profile’ again in the account hub page that shows up, depending on whether or not you were logged in.
  5. Tap the black ‘edit profile’ button to change your shoe and shirt sizes. Note: shoe sizing is european sizing

                 

Setting Personal Goals

How do I set my personal goal?

Open the app, tap “Activity”, and then “Goals”

Can I modify my goal after I set it?

Yes! You can edit your goal at any point throughout the year.

What is the prize for achieving my goal?

If you hit 250, 500, 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, or 10,000 miles in 2026 you will earn an exclusive medal.

When will I get my medal?

Medals will be available for pickup at your preferred Trek retailer within the first few weeks of January 2027.

Your preferred retailer must be selected in the app by no later than Dec 1, 2026.

Will there again be Annual Challenges with medals?

No, personal goals has replaced the annual challenges. Accomplishing your goal is the way to earn your medal.

 

Routes - Creating          

Where do I go to build routes?           

You can build routes in the Ride Club web portal

Can I create routes within the app? 

No, routes must be created using the web portal. The cannot be created within the mobile app.

How do I edit a route after I publish it?           

Simply click on the route, and then click the 'edit' button in the top right corner to make your adjustments.

Can I share a route I create with friends?     

Routes marked 'public' can be shared via the URL from the web.

                  

Routes - Managing       

I rode one of the routes provided but it was inaccurate. How can I provide feedback?  

If you notice an issue with a published route, please reach out to Customer Care with the route name and location.

Do I have to drive to the starting point of our route?               

The app will point you toward the route start point and tell you the distance from the start. All routes in the app also indicate on the ride screen where the route starts and ends. Turn-by-turn navigation directions display once you are on the route.
