Q: How do I connect Ride Club with Garmin, Wahoo, or Strava?
A: Users can configure these integrations during the onboarding process, or at any time by accessing the app settings.
Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen:
Scroll down to ‘Integrations’
Tap the menu item of the service you want to integrate:
Sign into the third party service with the applicable username and password.
Third party integrations and past activities
Please note that after you connect a third party integration, new rides from that service will start to flow into Ride Club, but your ride history will not.
Q: How do I disconnect from Garmin, Wahoo, or Strava?
A: Users can deauthorize a service at any time by accessing the app settings.
Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen:
Scroll down to ‘Integrations’
Tap the menu item of the service you want to deauthorize
Tap the blue “disconnect account”
Troubleshooting
If your Wahoo or Garmin rides are no longer importing into Ride Club, you can restore the connection by disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
Once you re-authorize access, new rides should resume importing automatically.
