I completed a route using my cycling computer and it did not auto-upload. What should I do?
To force an upload, you can download the .FIT file off of your computer and upload it to your Ride Club Routes/Activities page here https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/ride-club/route/list/
How do I upload a ride manually?
You can upload .FIT activity files within the route web portal here
Does Ride Club support indoor or virtual rides?
Yes! You can upload virtual ride FIT files from Zwift, Rouvy, and TrainingPeaks Virtual via the Ride Club Routes and Rides page on Trekbikes.com.
What are the recommended battery usage settings for my Android phone?
Ride Club (like all other GPS tracking apps) works best when it can write GPS data in the foreground. We recommend disabling throttling/power save for Ride Club by assigning unrestricted battery usage to the app.
Notice to Samsung phone users
One UI (Samsung's version of Android) has additional power saving and app throttling options. Please ensure these power saving settings are not turned on while recording rides. One UI power saving will affect Ride Club data accuracy, including GPS position, ride speed, ride time, and elevation gain/loss.
