Course ratings and feedback

After completing any course, you are given the opportunity to leave a rating and feedback.

While this is not required to receive credit for the course, we do want your feedback.

Why leave feedback?

We need your feedback to create better, more effective training. Training should never feel like a waste of time, and we don’t know if we’re missing the mark unless you tell us.

We read all your feedback. We really do.

What’s a 5?

You know Trek… we rate everything on a 5-point scale.

Our goal is to only make 5-star content, but we don’t want you to give us a pat on the back just because.

After completing a course, ask yourself:

  • Did I learn something useful?
  • Was the message clear and easy to understand?
  • Do I know what to do next?

If you can answer yes to these questions, we might have earned a 5.

  • Give us a 5 if you want to see more training like the course you just took.
  • Give us a 1 if you hated it. Don’t forget to tell us why.

What kind of feedback is useful?

Examples of helpful feedback include:

  • Missing subtitles or issues with the video player
  • Confusing or frustrating questions after a video
  • Examples in the video that don’t make sense or feel off
  • B-roll that feels distracting or unnecessary

Not happy with your EP discount? This isn’t really the place.
