1 Stop Charging Immediately and Move the bike to a Well-ventilated Area
Stop charging immediately and turn off the e-bike.
Move the e-bike to a well-ventilated area with room temperature to let it recover to the proper system operating temperature for at least 10 minutes.
2 Charge and Reboot the e-bike
Put the e-bike back on charging and turn on the power to check for the error code during charging. If charging fails or the error persists, proceed to the next step.
3 Replace the Battery and charge it
Turn the power on to check for the error code during charging. If charging fails or the error persists, proceed to the next step.
(The reason for needing to reboot the e-bike is that the system will detect whether the error code still exists during the reboot.
This allows us to determine whether the troubleshooting mentioned above has successfully resolved the issue.)
