2 Go for a Test Ride
Adjust the support level to 3 and go for a brief ride on a flat road to verify the presence of system assistance power output. If it's not functioning or if the error persists, proceed to the next step.
3 Replace the Controller
Replace the [Controller] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.
4 Replace the Motor
Replace the [Motor] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.
