Where do I pickup my race number?

You can pickup your race number in person in the front lobby of Trek HQ starting Thursday, Oct 2 from 3pm-7pm. 

• Friday 7am – 5:30pm
• Saturday 6am – 5pm
• Sunday 6am – 4pm.

I missed online registration – can I still register?

Yes! You can register in person in the front lobby of Trek HQ starting Thursday, Oct 2 at 3pm.

When can I pre-ride the course?

• Thursday, Oct 2, from 3:30-7:00pm
• Friday, Oct 3 from 7:00am – 9:00am and 5:15-6:30pm
• Saturday, Oct 4 from 7:00-7:45am & between races, as time allows
• Sunday, Oct 5 from 7:00-7:45am & between races, as time allows

What’s the schedule of events?

Is there a kids race?

Yes! Saturday and Sunday at noon. Prizes and fun for kids!

When are podiums?

Podiums will happen 15 minutes after the completion of each race’s scheduled end time.

Where do I pickup my prize money (UCI only)?

Prize money can be picked up next to the awards stage from 2-6pm Saturday, Oct 4 and Sunday, Oct 5.

Where do I park?

General parking is available at the front of Trek HQ as well as at the back grass lot off of Milwaukee Street. Parking signs will be posted; please see below for the general parking map.

I signed up to volunteer – where do I show up?

Thanks for lending a hand to make this race possible! Please park in the P4 parking area accessible from McKay way during your shift. Then, walk down the sidewalk alongside McKay way until you find the single Trek tent alongside the McKay Way and the rear parking lot entrance. There, you can check-in, get your shirt/materials/etc. and be on your way!
