69 | Battery - Battery cell overvoltage

The detected battery cell voltage exceeds the normal level, which can potentially lead to permanent damage to the battery. This overvoltage condition may impact both the safety and usability of the battery, requiring immediate action to prevent further risks.

⚠️Triggers of Error Code

The following are possible causes of error code 69:

  • Defective battery

1 E-bike remains stationary

Before proceeding with the e-bike inspection, ensure the bike is stationary, and do not sit on the bike, pedal, or apply any force to the pedals.
Long press the power button to turn off the e-bike.

 
 

2 Replace the Battery and charge the Battery

Replace the [Battery] with a new spare.
Then, put the e-bike back on charging and turn on the power to check for the error code during charging. If charging fails or the error persists, proceed to the next step.
