Description

An abnormal drivetrain detected value has been identified, possibly indicating that the chain has come off the sprockets. This can lead to improper power transfer and increased wear on drivetrain components. Immediate inspection or realignment of the chain is necessary to prevent further damage and ensure smooth operation.

⚠️Triggers of Error Code

The following are possible causes of error code 50:

  • Chain Dropped

1 Fix the Dropped Chain

Stop riding immediately and long-press the power button to turn off the e-bike. Then, fix the dropped chain and turn the pedals slowly to check for smooth drivetrain operation.

2 Go for a Test Ride

Reboot the e-bike. Adjust the support level to 3 and go for a brief ride on a flat road to verify the presence of system assistance power output. If it's not functioning or if the error persists, proceed to the next step.
