⚠️Caution

Prior to proceeding with the troubleshooting steps below, AVOID swapping the current Extender Battery with another functioning bike or replacing it with a new Extender Battery on the problematic bike for testing purposes. Incorrect steps may result in misdiagnosing the issue and potentially triggering additional error codes.

1 Check the Connection Cable

Long press the power button to turn off the e-bike.
Ensure the connection cable between the Extender Battery and the e-bike is securely plugged in. If it's loose, plug the connector back in tight carefully.

2 Reboot the e-bike

Reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

3 Replace the Connection Cable

Replace the [Connection Cable] between the extender battery and the e-bike with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

4 Replace the Charging Socket Cable

Replace the main battery's [Charging Socket Cable] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

5 Replace Both [Main Battery] and [Extender Battery]

Replace the [Main Battery] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.
