Description

When the battery charge is empty and the system detects empty capacity for more than 10 seconds, it will report error code 67. Under this circumstance, your bike is unable to operate. It is strongly advised to promptly locate a charging facility and recharge the battery immediately to ensure the continued normal operation of the bike. Leaving the battery in a depleted state for an extended period may lead to permanent damage to the battery cells.

⚠️Triggers of Error Code

The following are possible causes of error code 67:

  • The battery is empty (reach to 2%)

⚠️Warning

When the system displays error code 67, it often accompanies error code 66, indicating a low/empty battery state.

1 Deactivate the Maintenance Reminder or Reset Maintenance Mileage

You have the option to either deactivate the maintenance reminder or reset the next maintenance in the Dealer Portal.
The rider can deactivate the maintenance reminder in the HRA, but please note that if the rider wishes to reactivate it in the future, it can only be re-enabled via the Dealer Portal by the dealer.
