68 | Battery - Charging temperature error

Description

Monitoring the battery temperature during charging is crucial to ensuring optimal performance and safety. When the temperature exceeds or falls below the normal range, it can lead to issues that affect both the battery's health and safety.

⚠️Triggers of Error Code

The following are possible causes of error code 68:

  • Abnormal battery temperature.
  • Defective battery

1 Stop Charging the bike

Stop charging immediately and turn off the e-bike.

 
 

2 Move the bike to a Well-ventilated Area

Move the e-bike to a well-ventilated area with room temperature to let it recover to the proper system operating temperature for at least 10 minutes.

 
 

3 Charge the bike again

Put the e-bike back on charging and turn on the power to check for the error code during charging. If charging fails or the error persists, proceed to the next step.

 
 

4 Replace the Battery and charge the Battery

Replace the [Battery] with a new spare.
Then, put the e-bike back on charging and turn on the power to check for the error code during charging. If charging fails or the error persists, proceed to the next step.
