  • Both batteries failed to discharge properly (discharge abnormality)

⚠️Caution

Prior to proceeding with the troubleshooting steps below, AVOID swapping the current Extender Battery with another functioning bike or replacing it with a new Extender Battery on the problematic bike for testing purposes. Incorrect steps may result in misdiagnosing the issue and potentially triggering additional error codes.

1 Check the Connection Cable

Long press the power button to turn off the e-bike.
Ensure the connection cable between the Extender Battery and the e-bike is securely plugged in. If it's loose, plug the connector back in tight carefully.

2 Reboot the e-bike

Reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

3 Detach the Extender Battery

Turn off the e-bike, detach the Extender Battery, and then turn the e-bike back on to check for any error codes. If any error codes appear, address the issues on the e-bike as a priority.

4 Charge the Extender Battery and reattach it

Charge the Extender Battery individually for at least 30 minutes, making sure the charger indicator turns red and the battery level increases. Afterward, reattach the Extender Battery to the e-bike and reboot it to check if the error code still exists. If the issue is not resolved, proceed to the next step.

5 Replace the Connection Cable

Replace the [Connection Cable] between the extender battery and the e-bike with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

6 Replace the Charging Socket Cable

Replace the main battery's [Charging Socket Cable] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

7 Replace the Extender Battery

Replace the [Extender Battery] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.

8 Replace the Main Battery

Replace the [Main Battery] with a new spare, then reboot the e-bike to check if the error code still exists. If this doesn't fix the issue, proceed to the next step.
