Description

Error code 113 serves as an e-bike maintenance reminder. Whenever this code appears, please connect the e-bike to the Service Tool and ensure that no other error codes are present.

⚠️Triggers of Error Code

The following are possible causes of error code 113:

  • The e-bike's ODO has reached the preset maintenance mileage.

⚠️Caution

Please ensure that the rider understands that when error code 113 appears, the bike is still safe to ride.

1 Deactivate the Maintenance Reminder or Reset Maintenance Mileage

You have the option to either deactivate the maintenance reminder or reset the next maintenance in the Dealer Portal.
The rider can deactivate the maintenance reminder in the HRA, but please note that if the rider wishes to reactivate it in the future, it can only be re-enabled via the Dealer Portal by the dealer.
